New England Metal Finishing offers two types of blast cabinets to meet clients needs. Pressure cabinets for fast and aggressive blasting and suction cabinets for lighter production and general part cleanup.
Clemco’s heavy-duty 14-gauge pressure cabinet Pulsar with heavy-duty nozzle and all-welded shell construction is ideal for numerous blasting applications including cleaning parts, deburring machined parts, stripping paint, improving surface finish, as well as removing carbon build up and heat scale.
Safety features include a door interlock system that interrupts blasting when either door is opened and optional time-delay locking system keeps doors locked after blasting stops. Exterior noise is reduced with the double-wall and insulated doors, reduce exterior noise.
NEMFI also offers suction abrasive blast cabinets which are more economical and require less maintenance. Depending on our customers’ application and needs, this option may prove to be preferable.
